Online
Somatic & Family Constellations sessions online. Using Cliniko Telehealth, Australian Privacy Principles, GDPR, PIPEDA and HIPAA compliant.
Length
Soul energy optimisation sessions average 1.5 hours. Longer sessions, day intensives and home visits by negotiation.

DIY Websites & SEO: For Therapists and Other Practitioners
I help therapists and practitioners design and build their own websites, using accessible platforms like Squarespace, Wix, and WordPress. I also teach the basics of DIY search engine optimisation (SEO) to help your website get found.
True Self Systems is the 3rd website I have designed and built from scratch myself. I have grown fully booked therapy practice using SEO as my main tool for attracting new clients. Experience has taught me how powerful it can be when your website clearly reflects who you are and speaks directly to the people you’re here to help.
While web-building platforms are designed for non-techy users, they can still feel overwhelming. I love supporting other therapists and practitioners to find clarity and confidence, bringing their websites to life. With a background in the arts and a grounded therapeutic practice, I bring both creativity and sensitivity to this process. I draw on tools like systemic constellations to help ensure that the process feels attuned, embodied, and supportive.
I’m not a web designer who builds websites for clients. But I can handhold and help you trouble shoot, as you breathe your vision into life, using using an accessible DIY web building platform (I generally recommend Squarespace).
